Our Framework brings together three distinct disciplines under one roof: Pilates, Lagree, and VersaClimber.
Shaped through the owner’s years of training and experimentation across different methods, studios, and environments, particularly during her time spent in California. After cycling through countless workouts, one combination consistently stood out. A routine that delivered strength, resistance, cardiovascular benefits, and rehabilitation support, without burnout or unnecessary strain.
Pilates forms the foundation, supporting alignment, control, and recovery. Lagree adds strength and resistance, building muscular endurance and resilience. VersaClimber introduces low impact cardiovascular training that complements strength work rather than compromising it.
Each discipline was carefully curated for the role it plays within the whole. Together, they create a balanced approach to training that addresses the body comprehensively while remaining sustainable over time. The Framework is designed to be practiced consistently, allowing progress to build gradually and results to last.
This is not about intensity for its own sake, but about a thoughtful system shaped by experience and shared with intention.
